My work is guided by a simple belief: that media, done right, is one of the most powerful acts of justice — and one of the strongest foundations for a truly inclusive and sustainable world.

I hold an MSc in International Business Negotiation from the IESEG School of Management in Paris and a BSc in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Tuzla. With fluency in English and strong proficiency in French and Italian, I bring a cross-cultural perspective to my work - alongside a deep passion for media literacy, ethical leadership, and a commitment to translating complex regenerative concepts into clear, and action-oriented narratives.

I am a senior communications and management expert with two decades of experience in journalism, media strategy, and stakeholder engagement across Southeast Europe and international organisations. Before founding my own company, I held senior editorial and production roles at Al Jazeera Balkans, producing and presenting high-profile programmes in collaboration with UNESCO, UN Women, IOM, and UNFPA. My work also includes leading and implementing strategic communications for Adria Future Summit 2026, as well as moderating high-level events such as the Sarajevo and Belgrade Security Conferences, the Women, Peace and Security Conference 2025, and Al Jazeera's AJB DOC Film Festival.
